All UK orders are dispatched within 24h ~ 48 hours from our UK based warehouse using Royal Mail. No additional duties or charges are applied.

Lost and Missing Parcels

Any lost or stolen packages is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and any complaints or claims should be directed directly to them. Overose is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries. Once a package is picked up and scanned, shipping and delivery is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.
